The Mina Rashid Master Plan, designed by the DIALOG team, reimagines Dubai’s historic port as a vibrant waterfront destination that honors its rich maritime heritage while offering modern, community-oriented spaces. This winning design integrates sustainable urban planning with elegant architecture, transforming the area into a lively residential, commercial, and cultural hub. The project highlights include eco-friendly infrastructure, open public spaces, and adaptive reuse of historic structures, creating a seamless blend of the old and the new.
